This website is run by Affiliate Solutions Limited (“Affiliate Solutions”, “we”, “us”), an independent software development consultancy based in Canterbury, Kent, United Kingdom. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

What we collect
We only collect personal information when you choose to send an enquiry through the contact form:
- your name and email address
- your company name, if you choose to give it
- the content of your message
Please don’t include sensitive personal information, or anything confidential you wouldn’t want sent by email, in your message.
Like any website, our servers and our content delivery provider also process standard technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.
How we use it
We use the details you send solely to read and reply to your enquiry, and to continue any conversation that follows from it. We don’t use them for marketing, we don’t add you to any mailing list, and we never sell or share your information for anyone else’s purposes. No decisions about you are made by automated means.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and in keeping the website secure. Where your enquiry is about working together, we also process it to take steps you have asked for before entering into a contract.
How enquiries are handled and kept
Contact form submissions are not stored in a database on this website. Each enquiry is delivered straight to us by email, through our email service provider, and kept in our email system only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any work or relationship that results from it.
To prevent abuse, the contact form limits how many messages can be sent in a short period. This uses a temporary counter linked to your IP address, which expires automatically within 24 hours.
Spam protection
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated bot. To do this, Cloudflare processes technical signals such as your IP address, browser user agent and connection characteristics on our behalf, solely to detect and block bots. Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy addendum and privacy policy explain this in more detail.
Cookies
This website sets a single, strictly necessary session cookie. It protects the contact form against cross-site request forgery, contains no tracking information, and expires after 2 hours of inactivity. Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the site, may also set strictly necessary security cookies.
We don’t use analytics, advertising or social media tracking of any kind, which is why there is no cookie banner.
Who else is involved
We use a small number of service providers to run the website and handle email: our hosting provider, Cloudflare (content delivery, security and Turnstile) and our email service provider. They process information only on our instructions and for these purposes. Where a provider processes information outside the UK, it does so under safeguards recognised by UK data protection law.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- ask us to delete your information
- object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it
- ask for your information in a portable format
To use any of these rights, please get in touch through the contact form. If you’re unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Changes to this policy
If the way we handle personal information changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top of it.
